This Website License Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the rights and restrictions that apply to digital products, printable materials, downloads, worksheets, activities, and other educational resources (“Products”) purchased or accessed through Kids Learning Materials (“Website”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, Kids Learning Materials grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased Products for personal, family, homeschooling, tutoring, daycare, educational, and classroom purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

• Download and store purchased Products on your personal devices.
• Print and reproduce materials for use with your own children or students.
• Use printed materials in classrooms, tutoring sessions, homeschooling, daycare, camps, and similar educational settings.
• Use Products as teaching resources in paid educational or tutoring services, provided the digital files themselves are not redistributed or resold.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, sublicensing, transferring, or giving away the original digital files.
• Sharing download links, files, or account access with other individuals or organizations.
• Uploading Products to websites, file-sharing services, social media groups, membership libraries, marketplaces, or public/private download platforms.
• Using Products to create and sell a competing digital product, bundle, membership, or downloadable collection that substantially reproduces the original materials.
• Claiming copyright ownership of content you did not create or have not been expressly authorized to own.
• Removing copyright, licensing, trademark, or ownership notices included with the Products.

4. Product-Specific Terms

Some Products may be subject to additional or different license terms stated on the Product page, download page, or accompanying documentation. Where specific terms apply, those terms govern the relevant Product to the extent of any conflict with this Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and other intellectual-property rights in the Website and Products are owned by Kids Learning Materials or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise stated. Purchasing a Product does not transfer copyright ownership.

6. No Resale, PLR, or MRR Rights

Unless expressly stated in writing for a particular Product, this Agreement does not grant Resale Rights, Master Resale Rights, Private Label Rights, or any right to sublicense the Product.

7. Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, redistribution, or public posting of Products may result in termination of the license and may subject the responsible party to claims or other remedies available under applicable law.

8. License Termination

This license remains effective unless terminated for a material breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Products and delete unauthorized copies.

9. Refunds and Purchases

Refunds, cancellations, and purchase-related matters are governed by the refund and purchase policies published on the Website. A refund or cancellation does not authorize continued use or redistribution of Products where the applicable policy or law requires otherwise.

10. Disclaimer

Products are provided for educational and informational purposes. Kids Learning Materials does not guarantee that a particular Product will meet every learner’s educational, developmental, or instructional needs.

11. Changes to This Agreement

Kids Learning Materials may update this Agreement from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase will be determined according to the terms presented at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Products from Kids Learning Materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Website License Agreement.
